We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, but please allow a few days for us to get back with you. It takes a lot of time to work through all of the messages in order.

- Please do not email asking for a status update if your order is within the quoted lead time of 14 days (you can check the status of your order by the date you ordered here: ORDER STATUS)
- If you are referencing an order (currently in production or completed), please include the order number in the confirmation email that you received after your purchase.
