Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't work for you, in which case, you will almost always receive a full refund of the purchase price. All of our products are hand-made to order, so all we ask is that you are considerate of our time and resources when you make a purchase.
*In the case of a frivolous return, we reserve the right to charge the buyer up to a 30% restocking fee to cover the cost of materials and labor used on manufacturing the made-to-order product.

Return Requirements
- All returns MUST have a Return Authorization from Armatus Carry Solutions prior to being sent back.
- The buyer has two weeks from receipt of item to contact us and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned with an RA number or a copy of the email approving the return.
- All returns must be back to us within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means if you carry the sheath and/or put it to use, it is yours.
- You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be issued a refund for the cost of the item minus original shipping charges.
Warranty
We believe in, and stand by the products that we make. All of our gear is built using the best materials available, and is designed to withstand the rigor of everyday carry, as well as tactical and survival situations. All Armatus Carry sheaths are covered by our lifetime warranty. If your sheath breaks, we will repair or replace it for life!
- Your lifetime warranty will cover the sheath and any hardware that is NOT removable.
- Belt attachments such as the soft-loops, Tek Loks, M.A.L.I.C.E. clips, IWB overhooks, and belt danglers are third party products, offered as accessories to our products, and are NOT COVERED by our lifetime warranty.
- Simple wear and tear from use is not covered under our lifetime warranty.
- This warranty does not cover loss of any product.
- This warranty does not cover any product that has been altered in any way.
- You shall be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us and return to you.
- Cash, Check or USPS Postal Money Order for $10 to cover return shipping and repair parts, must be included with the Warranty Claim Form.
- Checks and USPS Postal Money Orders must be made out to Armatus, LLC
- Please print and fill out the Warranty Form (attached below) and included it in the package with your sheath. The mailing address for warranty claims is listed at the top of the form.

Shipping
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS Ground Advantage.
We will ship to the exact address listed on your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the address you entered at checkout is correct and up to date. If there is a mistake in your address, please contact us ASAP so we can make the change before your package ships.
If your order is lost in transit after shipping, then contact us and we will check the tracking information. If your package was lost in shipping, then we will contact the shipper and attempt to find your package. If your package cannot be located, then we will replace it. If your package is listed as delivered by the shipper, then it is your responsibility. We will not replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered to the address that you provided.
